Do EMPLOYEES feel valued?

Having worked for some leading companies internationally and now helping clients with their recruitment and training needs successfully, I have noticed some key challenges that they face. It has motivated me to share my experience, knowledge and thoughts on this topic as this is an area I am passionate about.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is becoming more vital to be included in the organisation, this will be emphasised more in my next post. Reason being that employees do not feel valued in the company, they do not have a clear vision and mission which they can believe in. This obviously affects their performance, hence a major problem for the business, morale, culture, and of course affecting business growth.
